SUMMARY:  
The Marketing Manager will develop and manage marketing programs that work across multiple channels, support business objectives, provide sales support and advance the Formula 1 Miami GP brand.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish working closely with the Digital, Social, Creative/Content, Analytics and Events teams.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Set and execute Out-Of-Home, experiential and in-market media strategies
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
 
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Works well in a team environment with a team first attitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written
  • Strong project management, communication, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work late nights, weekends, holidays and events when necessary
  • Excellent copy writing skills with the ability to use correct punctuation and grammar
  • In-house marketing and creative agency experience a plus.
  • Thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 
EXPERIENCE:
Ideally, 4-5+ years of Marketing experience


EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
