Event Management: Event Operations/Management


The Manager, Events leads the execution of fan experiences on game day for the Miami Dolphins, manages annual member events and experiential brand events, and assists in the day-to-day management of the events team. The larger Entertainment and Events team is responsible for the oversight and execution of all live event productions at Hard Rock Stadium for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. They do this by creating the overall event concept and design, developing the execution plan and timeline, and establishing and overseeing the budget.


Miami Dolphins

  • Manage pre-game hospitality spaces
  • Lead coordination of game day brand activations and fan experiences
  • Lead coordination of in-market events and Miami Dolphins tentpole events
  • Oversee member benefit strategy
  • Lead role in the planning of Miami Dolphins annual events:
    • Season Kick Off Week
    • 305 Day
    • Draft Party
    • Training Camp
  • Manage full-time and part-time staff members

Hard Rock Stadium

  • Support the Miami Open events team as needed
  • Assist the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix events team leading up to race weekend and during the race



  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of prior event planning experience required.
  • Be a collaborative, passionate, results-oriented person who wants to make a difference.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic company.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate initiative, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
