Accounting and Finance: Financial/Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT
  • Contribute to the direction and vision of the CRM and Sales Analytics team
  • Regularly meet and collaborate with Sales and Marketing management
  • Conduct formal team check-ins with CRM coordinators on a regular basis
  • Serve as primary contact for CRM database and campaign management, fielding questions and providing recommendations based on industry best practices

EMAIL MARKETING AUTOMATION
  • Leverage A/B testing and reporting to improve email-marketing KPIs
  • Work with Marketing team to schedule, coordinate sales lead generation and member communication efforts

CRM USAGE & PROCESS MANAGEMENT
  • Leverage user feedback to improve CRM usage 
  • Create flows to improve CRM processes and capture the necessary data points for future use 
  • Create and update dashboards and saved views for sales reps and managers 
  • Track call campaign progress and report necessary KPIs to management 

DATABASE MANAGEMENT
  • Manage sales and marketing initiatives through lead intake, lead scrubbing and organization
  • Work with CRM action items team to improve data hygiene, user management, data imports/exports, and other day-to-day CRM database related matters
  • Serve as an analytics resource to provide customer data and segment lists in addition to providing data related insight and context

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Three or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM product preferred
  • Three or more years of experience with marketing automation software preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred)
  • Knowledge of data querying tools (SQL preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Ability to articulate business objectives and manage large group discussions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
