SUMMARY:  Responsible for supporting the user community and providing the information technology support and services required for all stadium events. This individual is customer service minded and will do whatever it takes to solve technical challenges.



  • Provide help desk and end user support to all employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to troubleshoot error messages, apply patches or upgrades, and general support of Windows and MacOS
  • Ability to document tasks accomplished with details in a ticketing system, and update
  • Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and printers
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications
  • User Management, Active Directory, Identify password related issues to provide resolution or escalate as appropriate
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and networking concepts
  • Provide Game day and event support
  • Support various software packages including Office365, CrowdStrike, VPN client, Adobe Products, Internet browsers and various applications
  • Assist in other projects as required



  • Undergraduate degree in CIS/MIS or related field, CompTIA A+, Network+ preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop support and Microsoft Office products
  • MacOS X and Apple iOS knowledge
  • Physically required to lift, move, pack/unpack systems weighing 50 lbs
  • Prior help desk or customer service experience a plus
  • Willing to work weekends, off hours and holidays, as needed
