SUMMARY:  
The Director, Digital Marketing will oversee all strategy and execution within the digital marketing team and across all lines of business (Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, FORMULA 1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX, Hard Rock Stadium). The role will ensure successful creation and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across digital advertising, email marketing, websites, mobile applications, influencers, and podcasts. The candidate will continue to learn and develop strategies across all emerging digital platforms in an effort to drive ticket sales, sponsorship revenue, brand affinity, and engagement. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop the overall roadmap, strategy, and execution across digital advertising, email marketing, web marketing and maintenance, mobile app marketing, and influencers
  • Drive ticket sales, sponsorship revenue, brand affinity, and engagement for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, FORMULA 1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX, and Hard Rock Stadium
  • Manage a Digital team inclusive of full-time staff, freelancers, and agencies
  • Work in a state of constant collaboration with the Social Media, Communications, Creative, Video, Sales, Partnerships, and Events teams
  • Own and manage a robust marketing budget across each line of business
  • Define, track, and assess KPIs to evaluate success and generate a digital scorecard to help enhance marketing strategy year-over-year
 
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

    • Back-end paid media experience
    • Google Analytics subject matter knowledge
  • Desirable but not required:
    • Experience with appropriate organization complexity and size
    • Formalized project management toolset utilization
    • Email management software utilization
 
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5+ years of Digital experience

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
