SUMMARY:  This role is responsible for much of the day to day operations of the multiple Digital Asset Management systems utilized by the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. This includes every step of the photo/video asset lifecycle including ingesting, file naming, IPTC metadata tagging, FTP uploading, and final delivery to a variety of both internal and external stakeholders. This role also supports the Information Technology Help Desk team in managing the organization’s MacOS environment.




  • Support day-to-day asset management operations such as ingestion, distribution, and metadata governance of the organization's multiple Digital Asset Management systems (Photoshelter, CatDV, AP Images, and Dropbox)
  • Responsible for preservation and archival cataloging efforts of the Miami Dolphins historical asset library dating back to 1966
  • Assist the Information Technology department in the deployment and upkeep of the Dolphins and South Florida Motorsports' MacOS desktop and laptop environment
  • Serve as one of the organization’s IT Help Desk support specialists serving as a primary point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
  • Support the Marketing & Creative teams in special project & technology efforts to increase productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Review asset uploads from contract contributors and third party vendors to ensure they follow approved IPTC metadata, structured naming standards, and content upload processes



Technical Skills

  • Comfortable working with media collections, metadata curation, digital deliverables, and asset management systems in both video and still photography mediums
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, print and interactive image production, and digital video technologies (including video production workflows)
  • Familiar with Audio/Video/Image containers, codecs, and file formats

  • College education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required)
  • Extensive knowledge of MacOS systems strongly preferred
  • Creative Services experience a plus
