Accounting and Finance: Financial/Data Analyst

EMAIL MARKETING AUTOMATION
  • Create segments and customer lists for member and prospect email communication
  • Execute simple and multi-step customer journeys
  • Leverage A/B testing and reporting to improve email-marketing KPIs
  • Use field merges, signature rules, dynamic content rules and custom objects to automate complex customer lists and variable data
  • Automate web form processes for lead generation/creation, data acquisition, and notifications
  • Work with Marketing team to schedule, coordinate sales lead generation and member communication efforts

CRM USAGE & PROCESS MANAGEMENT
  • Assist sales and service reps with CRM user related matters
  • Conduct regular training sessions with CRM users
  • Maintain resource material for CRM users (training guides, FAQs, quick tips, etc.)
  • Leverage user feedback to improve CRM usage 
  • Create flows to improve CRM processes and capture the necessary data points for future use 
  • Create and update dashboards and saved views for sales reps and managers 
  • Create and import contact lists for sales and service call campaigns 
  • Track call campaign progress and report necessary KPIs to management 

DATABASE MANAGEMENT
  • Work with CRM Action items team to improve data hygiene,  user management, data imports/exports, and other day-to-day CRM database related matters
  • Assist the sales/service team with duplicate record merges
  • Audit and reconcile differences or inconsistencies between CRM and ticketing system
  • Work with data analytics team to provide customer data and segment lists in addition to providing data related insight and context

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Two or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM product preferred
  • Two or more years of experience with marketing automation software preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
