Summary: We are looking for a well-rounded, entry-level Sales Coordinator to aid in the overall success of the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open & F1 Miami Sales and Service Teams. Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination which is the home of the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football team, Orange Bowl, Miami Open, College Football Playoffs, international soccer and a host of world-class events including concerts, boxing matches, and the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. Job Overview: The Coordinator, Ticket Sales & Service is an integral part of the Sales & Service Team. Key duties include supporting all members of the leadership team and sales/service representatives, helping fulfill group sales initiatives, ticket sales reporting, assisting with all sales event logistics, and providing the general day-to-day functions associated with running a successful sales floor in professional sports.

Major Responsibilities Include:
  • Communicate regularly with management to understand the overall strategic direction of the Sales & Service department
  • Day-to-day support for the Ticketing department on all Sales & Service initiatives, such as:
    • Executing reports, dashboard creation, campaign management, FeVo links, contests, commission, collateral and deck presentations
    • Audit and maintain dashboards to enable clear visibility into current, past, and future sales performance
    • Compile data insights and accuracy from report observations
    • Manage logistics with our sales-to-service transition & ticket fulfillment
  • Serve as liaison with internal departments with an emphasis on executing renewals, sales campaigns, member relocation, managing invoices, maintaining ticket holder database, and various other administrative duties, such as:
    • Work closely with Marketing/Events to assist with the execution of sales events logistics, including Suiteholder trips on away games
    • Brainstorm new ideas to grow revenue and retain current members
    • Coordinate with marketing to facilitate all sales and service initiatives
    • Execute the process and fulfillment pertaining to luxury & suite agreements
    • Compile all pre-order suite food & beverage catering communication
    • Assist in training new hires on company business process such as CRM, Archtics and PowerBI
  • Identify necessary improvements to all ticket sales and service business operational efficiencies
  • Provide administrative support to the Ticket Sales & Service departments:
    • Including management of the department budget and all revenue-generating activities
    • Support recruiting and interviewing efforts
    • Arrange all new hire onboarding and related needs
    • Aid in approval process for all emails going to database
  • Culture Committee Member; critical part of the team responsible for identifying, planning and executing programs designed to maximize office morale – sales contests, team and individual celebrations, etc.
  • Serve as Event Day point of contact for all sales & service staff with Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, F1 and other stadium events
  • Set up sales tables, suite signs, assist with direction of part-time staff, execute group sales programs as well as other activations and experiences
  • Review the website and additional sales tools to ensure content is current and accurate
  • Manage summer intern schedule & curriculum
  • Foster strong relationships with outside vendors
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and Holidays as needed
  • Additional related duties as assigned
 

Required Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven track record of organizational skills
  • Strong prioritization and time management abilities
  • Proactiveness in predicting potential needs
  • Preferred 1-2 years related experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective follow-up and follow through skills required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform a plus
  • Ability to collaborate on ideas as well as thrive independently
