Summary Description of Duties:
The Miami Open Ticket Operations Coordinator oversees ticket operations and finance for all Hard Rock Stadium events with an emphasis on the Miami Open. This role will work as a team with the Ticket Sales, Guest Experience, Stadium Operations and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of ticket sales and membership services, Archtics, Microsoft CRM, accounting, Microsoft Excel, statistics and a strong understanding and experience in ticket operations and customer service.


Duties:
  • Provide direct support to Miami Open Sales and Leadership when necessary
  • Assist with order processing associated with Miami Open season, group and individual ticket sales
  • Support Manger of Ticket Operations with all Miami Open ticket operations duties
  • Provide direct operations support to the Ticket Operations, Ticket Sales and Finance departments
  • Oversee all payment plan processing for Miami Open memberships
  • Event day reconciliation for all Miami Open events.
  • Provide support to Manager of Ticket Operations for stadium concerts and soccer events
  • Assist with all month and year end financial settlements and reporting, account maintenance and company audit support (Miami Open and stadium events)
  • Assist in game day ticket operations, including managing will call and walk-up ticket sales (Miami Open and stadium events)
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with all levels of stadium staff and clients
  • Provide exceptional service to both guests and internal team members

Qualifications:
  • 4 year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Prior experience within service or sports industry highly desired
  • Prior database, Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
  • Archtics ticketing system experience is preferred
  • Strong service oriented mentality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience managing part-time or seasonal staff preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by events
