SUMMARY: 
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will help with maintenance and improvement of all website and mobile app properties for the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix event, Miami Open and Hard Rock Stadium. The successful candidate will be responsible for web maintenance and content updates, app content updates, providing analytics reports, fulfilling partnership agreements, executing on push notification strategy, and other duties as assigned. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance web and app presence across all clients to drive revenue and brand engagement for the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Day-to-day maintenance, site edits, and content publishing using the NFL CMS (Pocket) platform
  • Web page updates for Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix event, and Hard Rock Stadium with WordPress block building themes
  • Website creative support (may include editing photos, creating video thumbnails, proofreading and publishing written content, etc.)
  • Pull weekly and post-campaign analytics reports
  • Assist in maintenance of mobile app, including content updates, troubleshooting, and push notification execution
  • Collaborate with web team on SEO, Advertising, & Inbound Marketing efforts
  • Support for third-party site integrations (e.g. FEVO, Account Manager)
  • Assist with campaign requirements and launches of Marketing campaigns
  • Attend internal stakeholder meetings and work face-to-face with both vendors and internal clients
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Works well in a team environment with a team-first attitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written
  • Ability to process and route confidential information with discretion
  • Strong project management, communication, time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, HTML/CSS, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and WordPress CMS
  • Must be willing to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and all Miami Dolphins games
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to use correct punctuation and grammar
  • Basic knowledge of football, tennis, and motorsports
 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketing, Communications, or Design experience, website and/or mobile app experience a plus.
  • Background in creating or managing a website.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
