The Los Angeles Rams is seeking an experienced business marketer with demonstrated success across sales and partnerships.

This role will concept, manage, and deliver business marketing programs that inspire brands to partner with the Los Angeles Rams. This is a new job function with the Partnerships Organization and led by our Chief Commercial Officer. From the ground up, this individual will support the teams’ commercialization efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Content development for case studies, videos and marketing collateral that demonstrate the value of partnering with the Rams.
  • Marketing events that showcase existing innovative and effective ways brands have partners with the Rams, and preview opportunities for future brand collaboration.
  • Developing a scaled distribution plan for the tactics described above (channels may include sales collateral, webinars, events, emails, blogs, social media & digital marketing).
  • Create marketing briefs, and work with internal and external marketing and creative partners to design and launch campaigns.
  • Set up and maintain a digital asset management tool for all business marketing and sales support materials.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Commercialization Officer and Partnership Strategy Lead to prioritize business marketing programs in support of sales/partnership priorities.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of all business marketing work.
  • Create a Partner Council made up of ~12 partners to listen, learn and help us build.
  • Ideation of a Partner Summit hosting partners for a day of content and client entertainment.
  • Planning & Collaboration of other Partner events throughout the year

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, business marketing, content strategy and development
  • Experience leading multiple projects at one time and preferably a natural or experienced leader
