Coming off a win in Super Bowl LVI, a plethora of events in the offseason and working to create meaningful cultural connections with new fans across LA, the calendar is chock full of amazing brand experiences. The Rams are looking for a Partnership Operations Intern to come in and join our Partnership Marketing team to assist in bringing to life a calendar full of partner events, gameday activations, and experiential marketing opportunities.

Requirements: 
  • Supports Partnership Operations Associate Managers in various aspects to fulfill all operational elements including but not limited to communication with external vendors, information gathering, outlining reports/presentations, and preparing documentation
  • Working cross functional with internal stakeholders to execute partnership events, experiential marketing programs, gameday activations and partner hospitality
  • Assist with the workflow of all gameday partner activations and hospitality needs that involve pregame, in-game, and post-game functions
  • Administrative tasks including not limited to track inventory of partner assets, invoicing, merchandise and expenses
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with the Partnership Marketing and Partnership Sales teams, as well as with stadium operations and external vendors
 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to the highest quality of work 
  • Flexible and eager to continue to learn new ways to problem solve and find efficient ways to solve or improve processes within the team
  • Self-starter, hungry and resourceful
  • Proactively anticipates and solves problems while managing internal and external expectations
  • Ability to apply learning from past projects and experiences to current role
  • This is a full-time seasonal internship
Experience
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
