The Security Analyst will be integral in delivering threat intelligence analysis programs, products, and services related to the safety and security of the organization’s business functions. Reporting to the Vice President of Security, the Security Analyst will work closely with internal departments: Facilities, Finance, Football Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing and Sales; and externally partner with federal state, local law enforcement, and NFL Security.

This full-time position will be based out of the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. 
Vice President of Security 
  • Work with the organization’s leadership – and ultimately every employee – to translate the organization’s mission, values, and strategies into practical application for safety and security. We don’t want static “standards”, but we do want to clearly articulate certain principles and guidelines, as well as a continuously evolving collection of best practices. Creativity counts! 
  • Analyze and process all source information to produce intelligence reports, presentations, travel briefs, and security assessments that provide comprehensive analysis for Site Security, Protective Intelligence, Travel Security, and Global Issue Intelligence. 
  • Monitor, identify, and analyze, internal and external threats against the organization’s key personnel, players, employees, fans, assets, etc. 
  • Create written assessments, scenario analyses, and risk trend assessments to protect the organization’s operations domestically and worldwide. 
  • Provide travel security monitoring and assistance to key personnel and the entire organization year-round. 
  • Monitor trends, develop recommendations and advise the Vice President of Security and the organization’s executive team on emerging global and domestic issues that could impact business operations. 
  • Partner with internal travel personnel to influence and enhance travel safety and security programs. 
  • Establish and maintain regular communications with internal stakeholders such as Information Technology, Facilities and Grounds, Finance, Legal and Human Resources, to ensure all concerned parties are well informed. 
  • Be a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Extensive experience with safety requirements, security analysis, and risk assessments of physical security or security operations and planning. 
  • Proven ability to accurately draw conclusions by synthesizing raw data and information from multiple, unrelated sources into a finished comprehensive product. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and highly adaptable to the ever-changing terrain and circumstances of a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision, at times under adverse and stressful conditions. 
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously while under deadline pressure. 
  • Dynamic and team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, business acumen, strategic thinking, and superior work ethic. 
  • Excellent language, written and oral, communication skills. 
  • Thorough understanding of relevant products and vendors. 
  • Available to work during off-hours and weekends, if necessary, for an extended period.
