The Indianapolis Colts are seeking to hire a seasonal Information Technology Operations Intern to help provide technical support for both the organization's business and football operations on a 24/7/365 schedule. The IT Operations Intern, will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support for all technology equipment used by our staff, and will also have responsibilities such as inventory control, identity access, and maintaining or upgrading equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
This is a part-time position working from our main offices at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center. The successful candidate will embody the Colts core values in support of the team's mission to entertain, inspire and unite by winning the right way.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with supporting the IT operational needs across all departments
- Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to maintain required desktop service level agreements
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring IT support operations
- Maintain inventory of all IT owned systems and applications
- Perform moves, additions, and change requests as they are submitted
- Lift, move, and maintain computer equipment as necessary
- Assist with employee processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Learn from Your Job Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate or recent graduate within the past 12 months, from a university, college or vocational/technical institute
- Educational focus or career path efforts in the field of IT Service Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or other related technical vertical
- Able to work 24-30 hours per week onsite at our main office, located in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Available to work nontraditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job and adapt as priorities shift
