Job Summary:
The Talent Executive in our Media Division at Hall of Fame Village powered by Johnson Controls (the “Destination”), a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (the “Company” / NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW), will be primarily responsible for identifying and recruiting athletes, professional hosts and other personalities for on-camera and related roles, while also developing processes to maximize those talents and ensure a positive experience and results for talent, the Company and all Company partners. This role requires a high degree of self-management and drive. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit top-tier talent, primarily in the sports industry, for a range of roles and initiatives developed by the Company’s media division
  • Act as a liaison between identified talent, the Company and Company partners 
  • Coordinate scheduling, production and travel as needed for any identified talent 
  • Build deep relationships in and around the sports space with an eye toward identifying new stories, perspectives or other content opportunities within the sports ecosystem 
  • Develop processes to assess and implement intercompany utilization of talent
  • Support senior executives’ outreach efforts for talent and assist in development of innovative and high-impact partnerships
  • Be successful in cultivating collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Desired Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of working with a strong network and portfolio of talent 
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Must possess top-notch negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Have a strong network and portfolio of existing talent 
  • Must be skilled in working with prominent personalities, athletes, and celebrities
