Job Summary:
The Part-Time Event & Operations Staff at Hall of Fame Village powered by Johnson Controls (the “Destination”), a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (the “Company” / NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW), will work alongside our events and operations team at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium and surrounding Village properties.
This part-time, as-needed position will assist with set-up, tear-down, and event execution for various scheduled events, including weddings, sporting games, stadium tours, concerts, meetings, etc. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, a willingness to jump into any task, and interest and/or experience in events or Hall of Fame Village campus operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working in events, operations, or hospitality.
- Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time.
- Some positions may call for moving of tables, chairs, or other furniture to set up/tear down for various events.
- Positive and friendly attitude and persona, as this position works closely with the public.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends & holidays as necessary).
- Strong team skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment; must possess a strong ability for effective time management and task prioritization.
- Must be available to work in Canton, Ohio.
Physical Requirements for Position:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to walk about the HOFV campus with ease, up and down stairways, and stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in various Ohio weather conditions while assisting with events.
