The Graphic Designer / Content Creator will work as a part of the Partnerships and Brand Marketing team at Hall of Fame Village powered by Johnson Controls, a subsidiary of the publicly traded Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: HOFV, HOFVW). The position will strive to achieve excellence in design, content creation, and brand management on a daily basis. Project work will include the development and presentation of creative drafts and ideas for marketing and sales collateral, signage, digital, and social campaigns as well as logo development, to name a few. Lastly, the ideal candidate will contribute to the overall departmental objectives to help grow our business.

- Support organizational governance for the brand
- Possess knowledge of concepts, techniques, and design for print and digital mediums
- Willingness and ability to see projects through to completion in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of photography, videography, and lighting for product shoots
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills

- Good interviewing, listening, and visualization skills
- A strong familiarity with current design trends, color, and design techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects across a variety of business units at once with revolving timelines
- A strong interest in design for marketing and advertising within a sports and entertainment environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in art, marketing, sport marketing, communications, or business administration
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in sports and entertainment
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and other design software in a Mac and PC environment
- Must be available to work in Canton, OH
