Assist the Fan Engagement Manager with the daily responsibilities involved in administering the Packers official fan programs (including kids club,, Packers Perks and other fan program initiatives).
  • Manage and oversee customer service for all fan programs and fan engagement initiatives (answer phone calls, emails, letters, username/passwords, questions, etc.).
  • Review and assist with the Packers Everywhere digital platforms to ensure that content is up to date on a daily basis. Upload contesting/sweepstakes opportunities, sponsored assets and new content. 
  • Assist with daily/monthly reward ideation for the Packers official loyalty platform.
  • Assist and monitor the current/future loyalty platform internal/external integrations.
  • Oversee all fulfillment and distribution for the Packers official loyalty platform.
  • Update and manage Junior Power Pack members’ data and help maintain the Packers’ Microsoft Dynamics database system.
  • Manage weekly fulfillment of membership benefits, including keeping an accurate track of inventory, monthly/yearly mailings, shipping organization, etc. 
  • Execute logistics with all marketing initiatives and assist in partnership fulfillment for Packers Perks, Packers Everywhere and the Junior Power Pack.
  • Oversee yearly ordering for Packers Everywhere, the Junior Power Pack and Packers Perks (membership kits, fan engagement prizing, event giveaways, etc.)
  • Assist with coordination and execution of yearly fan engagement events (Jr. Power Pack football clinic, Packers Training Camp, Packers Everywhere pep rallies, etc.).
  • Assist with NFL fan focused initiatives (Fan of the Year Contest, Inner Circle at the NFL Draft, Fan Mosaics, etc.), as needed.
  • Work Packers home games (capturing content, promoting fan engagement platforms), as assigned.
  • Assist with curating and creating social media content for Packers Everywhere platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others as necessary. 
  • Review and analyze fan engagement research surveys.
  • Aiding brand & marketing department as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
  • 2 – 3 years sports background.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a professional setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with loyalty platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with social media and content development.
  • Ability to work on gameday as needed.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed.
  • Some travel may be required. 
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time. 
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time. 
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. 
  • Operates in a professional office environment. 
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
