Senior Coordinator, Email and Digital Marketing
Reports to
Brand Manager, Marketing
The Email and Digital Marketing Senior Coordinator assists in the execution of email and digital marketing campaigns. This includes driving adoption, maintenance of subscriber data, and assisting with driving awareness for USA Football resources, programs and events.
Essential Functions

  • Own day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns: scheduling, creating, proofing, testing, sending, and reporting
  • Edit templates and adjust HTML and CSS as necessary
  • Manage subscriber data, imports, and segmentation
  • Report on and monitor post-send metrics and A/B testing results
  • Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene
  • Problem solve send and workflow conflicts
  • Minor edits to Photoshop files, images, or call-to-action buttons
  • Work with internal stakeholders and product owners to efficiently setup and run campaigns
  • Management of house ad and sponsor ad deployment on DoubleClick, and assistance on other channels
  • Assist with execution of workflows and subscriber journeys
  • Assist with implementation of calls to action in blog posts and other written articles
  • Assist with copy editing or writing as necessary
  • Help Brand Managers with other marketing campaigns and activities

Required Education and Experience
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Two-to-three years of professional work experience: 
    • Within the email marketing and/or digital marketing fields 
    • Creating and executing email campaigns, A/B testing, and assisting in developing customer journeys 
  • Technical football experience an added bonus
Supervisory Responsibility
This position may supervise interns. 
Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending and manual dexterity. 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.  This position requires standard work hours and some weekend work.
This position may require occasional travel.
