Summary/Objective
The position of the Communications & Digital Engagement senior coordinator is to strategize and manage USA Football’s digital presence. This role will serve in a creative capacity as well, creating and designing content for all digital platforms. 


Essential Functions 
  •   Reviews creative with Marketing leadership to ensure alignment between branding and digital communication
  •   Build comprehensive strategies across all USA Football-owned social media channels
  •  Drive and own relationships with senior social staff of USA Football partners, including collegiate and professional football teams 
  •   Increase traffic and engagement while building brand equity, loyalty and awareness.
  •   Plan, organize, manage and lead USA Football social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Giphy
  •  Improve community-building and conversations around USA Football topics, products and brands
  •   Maximize analytic tools to track, evaluate and potentially re-assess strategic and tactical plans as well as overall ROI.
  •   Execute paid/sponsored media campaigns across multiple social media platforms in conjunction with the marketing department and individual brand leads
  •  Ability to manage full-time support staff as well as interns

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Demonstrated success in managing and building social media communities, creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, and maintaining an organization's presence in all relevant social media channels required. 
  • Experienced in social media graphic creation. 
  • Excellent communicator in speech and print. 
  • Mastery in social media management tools and analytics required. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. 
4+ years of professional experience required.
 
Work Environment
This is a full-time, exempt position located in USA Football’s Indianapolis office.
