Summary/ Objective
The National Team Service and Experience Intern will assist with all program engagement responsibilities. Interns will be responsible for managing registration data, social media engagement, and on-site event logistics for the National Team. Selected interns will be required to travel and represent USA Football at National Team events across the country. 
Essential Functions
  • Travel and assist with event operations at the International Bowl, Regional Development Camps, Middle School Bowl Games and High School Training Camps.
  • Assist the National Team programs through operations planning and support
  • Engage with athletes via marketing initiatives to ensure a positive experience from registration to post-event communication follow-up
  • Input and manage scout notes and evaluations collected at Regional Development Camps on the National Teams ARMS recruitment site.
  • Assist with National Team blog & Social Media content and stories to be posted on
  • Manage registration data
  • Create National Team FAQs and service all athletes and parents to answer any questions and educate on the program 

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Prior sales, social media, and event operations experience is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Football knowledge a plus
  • Demonstrated teamwork and work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: specifically, Excel and Word
  • Available to work extended hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Education and Experience:
Recent graduate (within past 6 months) or current student pursuing a degree in business, sports management or related area.

Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending, manual dexterity and ability to lift on occasion up to 100 pounds. 
Position Type/Date/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time internship position with a paid stipend of $775 a month. 
Spring Semester 2020 and requires standard work hours.
