Summary/ Objective
USA Football is seeking a highly motivated person who will serve as the Flag Customer Experience intern. The position will assist with Flag league account management, customer service, event service, program research, and general communication with leagues.         

Essential Functions
  • Provide customer service to Flag leagues, including fulfillment, product and order inquiries, salesforce.com CRM integration, player/league registration, insurance and trademark requests 
  • Communicate with new and prospective leagues via phone and email to assist with their accounts, orders, and event opportunities
  • Assist with USA Football Flag tournament team service and communication 

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Prior customer service and/or sales experience 
  • Organizational skills including the ability to handle a high volume of detail-oriented work
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter – ability to deliver with little direction. Knows when to ask questions 
  • Competency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education and Experience:
Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree (last 6 months) or current college student

None
Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  
Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending, manual dexterity and ability to lift on occasion up to 100 pounds. 
Position Type/Date/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time internship position with a paid stipend of $775 a month. 
Spring Semester 2020 and requires standard work hours.
