Summary/ Objective
The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Coordinate with product owners to set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and report progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with internal clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, on time and communicated among the product team.     

Essential Functions

  • Manage relationships between Product Owner, Leadership and Product Team
  • Perform Change Control processes 
  • Track Project Performance, focused on successful completion of long- and short-term goals
  • Develop Project Plans that are shared and agreed to by Product Team and meet company goals and priorities
  • Coordinate meetings with Business analysts and Product Team to gather and document all requirements

Required Skills/Abilities
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in PM software like JIRA, Wrike or MS Project
  • PMP knowledge or training is a plus
  • Strong Organization Skills and attention to detail while multitasking

Education and Experience:
Business Management focus is recommended. Certificate or degree in Project Management is a plus.

Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  

Physical Demands
Requires the ability to sit for more than four hours per day, reading, listening, stooping, bending, manual dexterity and ability to lift on occasion up to 100 pounds. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. This position requires standard work hours.
