Facility Operations/Event Staff: Grounds Crew/Turf Management
The Sports Field Assistant will be a part of a team that maintains and repairs the field at Nissan Stadium and Saint Thomas Sports Park.

  • Responsible for mowing and fertilizing Titans practice fields and Nissan Stadium.
  • Responsible for painting and stenciling at Saint Thomas Sports Park and Nissan Stadium.
  • Maintain field equipment and some irrigation repair.
  • Set up Nissan Stadium playing surface for game days and manage the breakdown of equipment at the game's conclusion.
  • Maintain integrity of playing surface of Nissan Stadium during all non-game events.
  • Repair any imperfections on playing surfaces (divots, low spots, etc.)
  • Assist with sodding of fields.
  • Other duties as directed by Titans Sports Field Manager.

  • 5 years of experience in sports field management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Sports Turf Grass Management or similar degree preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and all weather conditions
