The Tennessee Titans are looking for a sales & marketing leader to head premium sales efforts for the team. We are seeking visionary leadership to reimagine the club’s approach to premium sales by integrating our suites sales efforts into broader hospitality, entertainment and experience-driven products and platforms. While the position’s primary concern will be maximizing revenue associated with team suite inventory, we are looking to build a 365-day premium platform that will facilitate value creation and deeper relationships with premium customers throughout the calendar. 
 
The successful candidate will be a creative & innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and capable of developing new product concepts & experiences that extend beyond the stadium – while also managing the day to day sales management activities associated with suites sales.  
 
The Senior Director will report to the Vice President of Ticketing, work in collaboration with the Ticketing Senior Team (including the Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer), and oversee the day-to-day management of the premium sales team inclusive of tracking sales activity, managing sales goals and associated budgets, client services, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed established yearly revenue and sales goals set for new & retained business
  • Manage all sales and service activities around suites and other premium products at Nissan Stadium for a range of events including Tennessee Titans football, soccer matches, concerts, races, etc.
  • Engage in various business development opportunities in order to build relationships and create assets with various hospitality & experience partners throughout Nashville that ultimately add value to Tennessee Titans/Nissan Stadium offerings
  • Manage the activities of sales & service staff
  • Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through various means including but not limited to: networking events, speaking engagements, one-on-one dinners/lunches, prospect sampling at games, seat visits at games, open houses at stadium, and outside meetings.
  • Evaluate demand for product, including pricing, service levels, guest experience, advising the VP of Ticket Sales of team’s marketplace strengths and weaknesses.
  • Submit timely reports to management, including weekly and monthly sales revenue reports
  • Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical data purposes.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of ticket sales or similar experience with an emphasis premium hospitality products targeting corporations and/or high net-worth individuals and families
  • Experience in sales for NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS or NHL clubs and/or associated facilities required
  • Deep knowledge of leading sales/service/retention marketing tactics with history of meeting objective sales goals & revenue targets
  • Experience in developing and executing membership programs
  • Experience managing a team of sales and service-oriented roles
  • Collaborative working style, with strong written and verbal communications.
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong work ethic and high level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
