Premium Service Intern

Assist and collaborate with the Premium Service Department to maintain consistent brand guidelines and enhance the suite and club experience for a successful Seahawks season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on customer service to foster a positive fan experience and exceed all Club Ticket Holders and Suite Owner and guest expectations
  • Assist in coordination and execution of Seahawks Premium annual events including Training Camp, Kickoff Lunch, Punt Pass & Kick and Holiday Parties
  • Coordinate player autograph sessions for Premium Service department and manage inventory 
  • Gameday responsibilities include preparing suites, leading Suite Owner field tours, coordinating and leading alumni and Hawk suite visits, assisting with club activations, and setting up wine tasting on the suite level balconies
  • Generate a solid understanding of Archtics ticketing system to assist with fulfilling ticket requests, dropping and charging SRO tickets and being able to send receipts directly to clients
  • Interact with department manager to fulfill and distribute ticket passes and additional ticket requests
  • Manage Suite Level photo inventory and update as needed
  • Input data into CRM system to maintain current and consistent database for club and suite tickets.
  • General office duties including mailings, filing, etc.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and completion of task
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with ticket holders and suite owners
  • Must have strong writing capabilities
  • Ability to speak in a professional manner via telephone or in-person with Suite Owners
  • Ability to maintain and present a professional image 
  • Ability to multi-task, while keeping a calm demeanor in a fast paced and stress environment
  • Bachelors degree or current college classes in junior or senior standing with related major.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other programs advantageous.

  • Able to move about VMAC and CenturyLink Field
  • Able to do light lifting in delivery of suite products
  • Capable of walking substantial distance to traverse Stadium on game days and for suite preparation

  • Indoor and outdoor work within Stadium
  • Weekend and Evening work required
  • Flexible work hours (based on home game schedule and special events)
  • Ability to drive between CenturyLink Field and the Virginia Mason Athletic Facility and other local destinations as needed.

Time Frame:
Most of our intern placements will last the duration of the NFL season (approx. late June or early July – February).

Applicant must:
  • Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a four year college or university. Grad school students are eligible to apply as well. 
  • Have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Have a current driver’s license
  • Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events

Selection Process:
Final applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in our interview process starting in early May. All interviews will take place at our team headquarters in Renton or at our stadium in Seattle and must be done in person. Further, we will not pay for any interview related expenses such as travel or lodging; these expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

All internships are hourly and paid. Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. A background check will be conducted prior to starting work with us.
