Ticketing Operations Intern with Pittsburgh Steelers in Pittsburgh, PA

Internship: Internship
General Statement of Duties:  
  • Answering phones to answer questions and provide quality customer service to fans, ticket holders, clients and guests
  • Reply to e-mails from guests into the general ticket office e-mail box
  • Assist with projects such as seat license transfers and others as assigned
  • Post payments onto Season and Individual game ticket accounts
  • Serve in a customer service role on Game Day resolving ticketing issues
  • Aide in the general management of ticket accounts

Qualification:
  • Prior knowledge of Archtics ticketing software is a plus
  • Current college student with an interest in the Sports and Entertainment industry
  • Independent, problem-solver
  • Highly organized, motivated and responsible with good time management abilities
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation who pays great attention to detail
  • Flexibility in terms of handling a variety of assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on consistency and quality
