JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting directly to the Director of Ticket Operations, the Ticket Operations Coordinator provides excellent customer service for all Steelers football games and other Heinz Field events as the team and venue continues its initiative to be fully mobile entry.  This position provides support in the areas of event building, fulfillment, and box office management.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Provide daily customer service to Steelers Season Ticket account holders and individual event         ticket holders by phone and by email.
  • Works closely with the Ticket Sales staff to resolve Season Ticket Holder inquires.
  • Provide game/event day support for mobile ticket resolution for Season Ticket Holders plus any     internal or Ticketmaster will call.
  • Process Stadium Builders License (SBL) Transfers and produce new License agreements for             new seat license holders.
  • Assist with the building and maintaining of events for Steelers games and other stadium events      including but not limited to national concert tours.
  • Work closely with the Business Analytics department to ensure that ticketing data flows from          Archtics into the global database properly.
  • Update Account Manager Season Ticket Portal and all links to track webpage usage and views.
  • Assist with the progression of Mobile Ticketing for all events at Heinz Field.
  • Fulfills ticket orders, prints, and distributes tickets.    Mobile and printed.
  • Aid in other duties, functions, and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
  • College degree with emphasis in sports marketing/management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the ticketing field.  Professional sports team or concert           ticketing experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with Archtics ticketing system and other Ticketmaster products like TMONE,                    Account Manager, Presence and TM classic is highly preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with fans for all events.
  • Must be able to work an irregular work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
