Ticket Sales and Services: Hospitality Management
The Group and Hospitality Sales Manager will be responsible for implementation of strategic hospitality, client service initiatives and growing portfolio of revenue generating products.  This position reports to the Director, Ticket Sales and Retention and is a key member of the Ticket Sales team.
*This is an onsite position with regular office hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
  • Create and implement sales process for group and hospitality sales
  • Own group sales strategy including pricing 
  • Seek and implement group sales and service best practices
  • Identify, recommend, and build new sales opportunities 
  • Communicate all group and hospitality sales events through the appropriate channels and ensure that all gameday needs are coordinated to the necessary departments
  • Oversee gameday operations in respective areas
  • Work closely with internal units, including Stadium Operations, Ticket Operations and Partnership Sales & Activation
  • Maintain accurate documentation of prospecting and sales activity in CRM system
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Sports/Business Management or related field 
  • 4+ years selling experience in high volume product; preferably sports market 
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the department and club
  • Event experience preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strategic thinking and personal leadership skills
  • Works well in a team selling environment 
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize daily effort
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, prospects and internal team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
