The Opportunity:

If your answer is yes, you could be a perfect fit for our Business Development Specialist role available at the Knights, where you will make a real impact through your work on projects and involvement in the gaming community. In this role, your focus will be on the generation of new revenue.

Daily Responsibilities: 
  • Manage an assigned book of corporate partners, including contract fulfillment and day-to-day contact.
  • Drive revenue and engagement with partners in the Americas and handle contractual relationships with these partners.
  • Proactively develop opportunities and build sales funnel. 
  • Work across the entire product suite based on organizational prioritization.
  • Participate in the annual planning cycle, including plan adjustments and cascading.
  • Serve as KPI Program focal point for the Business Development team in ensuring reporting accuracy, capturing plan changes, and establishing KPIs before a campaign.
  • Builds and expands strategic relationships primarily with new and current. 
  • Manage several business lines to ensure all corporate partnership elements are fulfilled and all assets are utilized.
  • Responsible for supporting activations fulfill obligations with brand partners.
  • Manage sponsored initiatives on gameday, streams, and other events.
  • Contribute to the corporate partnership recap process.
  • Track deliverables and submits reports to leadership and sales team.
  • Establish new activation departmental processes. 
  • Support marketing staff on gameday, streams, events, and community initiatives.

Ideally, you have:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of client-facing and/or business development-focused work
  • Ability to maintain a flexible, and at times intensive, work schedule based on the rigor of this role
  • High-level organization skills.
  • Must be able to take the initiative, multi-task, and independently complete tasks and projects.

  • Candidate must have an unmatched work ethic and a strong passion to build a career in the esports industry
