Job Summary/ General Description:
Under the direction of the Business Development Director, this position will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of partnerships as they relate to the overall company's goals.

  • Assist in Business Development and Marketing Activities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the BD Managers and Directors on various BD and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with activities related to client relations or company promotion, including media relations and other BD tasks.
  • Assist in tracking new requests and submission deadlines for various projects.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI tracking
  • Manage calendars for Head of Department and the department calendar
  • Coordinate daily schedule for a Business development director
Meetings-Notes and Agendas
  • Ensure that department meetings have a clear agenda and that this is circulated in advance of meeting start
  • Attend client meetings and take notes and distribute accordingly in a timely fashion, clearly outlining key points and action items in Asana.
  • Minute taking for daily internal meetings, listing action points, and tracking day today.
  • Determine cross-departmental responsibilities based on internal and external communication
Project Support
  • Help all departments coordinate and track partnership deliverables.
  • Assist as needed with creating or editing Partnership pitch presentations
  • Assist with tracking and following up on NDA sent to the Legal Department and any other legal documentation.
  • Client Mapping as needed
  • Create and publish Daily Industry Update news email for circulation
  • Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
  • Communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements including flowcharts, data flow diagrams, pseudo code, entity-relationship diagrams, explanatory narrative, Screen and Interface designs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Has experience or understanding of scrum methodologies ie sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
  • High-level organization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, based on business needs
  • Must be able to take initiative (emphasize), and independently complete tasks and projects
  • Must maintain a positive, professional attitude always and be receptive to input and constructive criticism
  • Proficient within Asana project management tools
  • Well-versed in the usage of Microsoft Office / Google products
  • Experience with communication / social platforms such as Discord and Linkedin
