Play a key role within the Business Solutions department which is responsible for assisting the Corporate Partnership and Integrated Media sales team with new revenue development.  Along with being responsible for the creative development of new business opportunities, take on responsibilities that include identifying potential prospects, industry trends and market research. 
Essential Functions:
·       Conduct client, market, and industry research to understand trends and identify new markets; analyze data and be able to present findings to the Corporate Partnerships and Integrated Media sales team.

·       Assist the Business Solutions department to best understand where there are opportunistic possibilities from a prospect and inventory perspective with insight and data provided.  

·       Develop and produce all sales materials and proposals for the Corporate Partnership and Integrated Media sales team and work with internal creative team to maintain brand standards.

·       Play a large role in the support of the development and creation of department documents, proposals, and client materials needed to support the Corporate Partnerships and Integrated Media sales team. 

·       Ability to manage multiple projects with attentive detail to the project pipeline to maintain a quality and efficient process within the department. 

·       Assist in day -to- day responsibilities of the Business Solutions and Corporate Partnerships and Integrated Media Sales Department with assigned daily tasks.

·       Work with Business Solutions department to run and operate efficient workflow process within the Corporate Partnerships and Integrated Media Sales department. 

Required Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree required 

·       Preferred experience in a sponsorship sales or integrated media sales atmosphere

·       Understanding of B2B, B2C marketing and how brands use broadcast, digital, social, mobile and experiential marketing to deliver revenue results 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Proficient of all Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Excellent at Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, PDF) to be able to efficiently deliver quality presentations in a fast-paced environment 

·       Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

·       Experience with receiving project brief to then create meaningful presentations and quality design work
