Corporate Partnerships Intern

Assist Corporate Partnerships Department in the planning and execution of sponsorship programs and advertising fulfillment. Duties include assisting staff with fulfilling elements of sponsorship contracts and promotional planning/set up for all Seahawks home game and partnership programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Sponsorship Fulfillment
  • Lead fulfillment, execution and year-end wrap-up of the CenturyLink High School Athlete of the Week program
    • Includes school weekly school visits, game day execution, media and online activation, etc.
  • Manage TV, Radio and Web asset execution for various media partners
  • Coordinating promotional elements and tracking for any applicable Corporate Partnership enter-to-win contests, sweepstakes or promotions.
  • Assisting with Training Camp planning, coordinating and hospitality 
  • Lead fulfillment of autographed merchandise commitments
  • Assist with affidavit generation for game presentation, TV, Radio, digital signage and other relevant elements
  • Assist with capturing Digital and Social Media Proof of Performance (daily review)
  • Help create year-end Partnership wrap ups at the conclusion of the regular season. 
  • Assist with Client events at VMAC, CenturyLink Field and other venues
Seahawks Game Day Execution
  • Must be available to work ALL home games to assist the team to execute Corporate Partnership promotions and contracted elements. Duties include:
    • Partnership Set-up/Take Down. Will be assigned specific partners to help set up in-stadium and in Touchdown City for each home game
    • Game Presentation.  Will assist Partnership Operations Manager in creative development, approval process, day-of execution and proof of performance on game related elements including videoboard and digital signage.
    • Documentation. Will lead the effort to organize the department’s photography and video needs each game to utilize for the wrap up, and 2015/2016 sales process (Expressions).

  • Must be available 30 hours/week, M-F, including week-nights and/or weekends when games are scheduled.
  • Must be pursuing, or recently acquired, a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university:
    1. must be a Senior participating in program for final college credit
    2. candidate must be a recent graduate (Fall 2017 or Spring 2018)
  • Must have strong writing skills
  • Must have verbal communications skills to interact with clients and fans
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop
  • Business, Sports Management, Communications majors preferred

  • Indoor work in the corporate partnership offices is required.
  • Outdoor work during all home games is required and scheduled promotional events.

Time Frame: 
Most of our intern placements will last the duration of the NFL season (approx. late June or early July – February).

  • Have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Have a current driver’s license

Selection Process:
Final applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in our interview process starting in late April and early May. All interviews will take place at our team headquarters and must be done in person, since we will not conduct phone interviews. Further, we will not pay for any interview related expenses such as travel or lodging; these expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. A background investigation will be conducted prior to starting work with us.
