Reports to: Director of Brand & Marketing
Supervises: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


This position provides assistance with Brand and Marketing efforts, mainly through administrative support and special projects.This is a paid internship and entails 40 hours during the work week (Monday-Friday). Intern may also be asked to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed. 
Job Responsibilities:
1)    Aid on research, branding, marketing, fan club, social, print, broadcast and website projects.
2)    Proofread various marketing content and assist with copywriting.
3)    Independently exercise good judgment, discretion and sound reasoning in making important decisions by prioritizing assignments and tasks under general direction with minimal supervision.
4)    Assist with communications, editorial calendars, scheduling and meetings for ongoing Packers tent pole initiatives.
5)    Set up creative projects within system software.
6)    Aid on the signage committee as an active participant.
7)    Assist with coordination and execution of marketing ideation and media scheduling. 
8)    Organize invoices and record appropriate budget allocation.
9)    Handle calls and assist with planning and coordination of various projects.
10)Work successfully with partner vendors to allocate, organize and facilitate projects.
11)Prioritize various department assignments and organize workflow.
12)Aid in presentation development.
13)Prepare documents for internal meetings, include decks, agendas, etc.
14)Take notes and prepare meeting notes and action steps.
15)Join Director in some meetings.
16)Assist with coordinating, planning, and executing special events, training camp research, general research, and other special projects.
17)Develop relationships with internal clients to handle routine correspondence.
18)Work closely with other interns and team members as needed.
19)Daily computer work, PowerPoint decks, spreadsheets, etc.
20)Assist with day-to-day administrative needs.
21)File as appropriate.
22)Other duties as assigned.
1)    Undergraduate degree (marketing or communications preferable) preferred. 
2)    Experience with a sports franchise, college sports department or sports environment helpful.
3)    Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
4)    Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work within a high-profile organization. 
5)    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand multifaceted instructions.
6)    Ability to interact with top-level contacts regarding highly sensitive information. 
7)    Ability to identify and navigate workflow issues.
8)    Quality organizational skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines. 
9)    Strong Microsoft Office skills including knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop are helpful. 
10)Ability to work collaboratively with all peers and possess a willingness to handle routine tasks. 
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
1)    Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day. 
2)    Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
3)    Operates in a professional office environment.
4)    Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
