About the Jacksonville Jaguars  
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League. The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, and played its first regular season home game on September 3, 1995. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan, a visionary leader whose businesses include Flex-N-Gate (auto parts) and Fulham Football Club (UK soccer team). The Jaguars play at EverBank Field in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Under Mr. Khan’s leadership, EverBank Field has evolved to include some of the most unique stadium assets, including swim spas and 19 video boards, two of which are longer than a football field. 
     
Summary 
The Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation is looking for friendly, high-energy, motivated sellers to join the Jaguars 5050 Jackpot Sales Team for the 2018 season. The Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation is giving you the opportunity to become part-time, seasonal team member where you can bring your passion for raising money for the community to the Jaguars Foundation at every Jaguars home game played at EverBank Field. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Be passionate by interacting and connecting with fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 Jackpot program.
  • Be accountable through accurate handling of the sales and distribution of jackpot tickets, and turn in all cash and tickets to the manager at the end of the shift.
  • Be responsive and knowledgeable about the program, The Jaguars Foundation, and other charities in order to answer fan questions about the 50/50 Jackpot.
  • Show your dedication to the Jaguars and the Jaguars Foundation by meeting and exceeding minimum sales goals as specified by Manager.
  • Hours: Approximately 7-8 hours at each Jacksonville Jaguars Home Game played at EverBank Field (Two preseason games and seven regular season home games). Your dedication is important and attendance at all 9 games is required.
  • Be excellent by showing your enthusiasm about the program with each and every fan interaction and sale.
  • Be innovative and intelligent through creative and outgoing sales techniques.
  • Sales and customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated with high energy.
Job Qualifications 
  • Sales, fundraising and customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances in parking lot and stadium. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the listed job duties and responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of enthusiasm while interacting with the Jaguars large fan base.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication. 
  • Must be able to work, rain or shine.
