Ticket Sales and Services: Ticket Sales Management
The Senior Vice President, Consumer Sales & Premium Partnerships, is responsible for overseeing revenue generation and fulfillment for all consumer, group and premium ticket sales and services. Reporting to the Team President, he or she provides strategic vision and hands-on leadership aimed at consistently increasing overall performance and revenue growth for the team. 
  • Direct and manage the Ticket Sales & Service and the Premium Partnership departments, including approximately 40 full-time employees. 
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and implement the overall ticketing strategy to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction in conjunction with the budget expectations of the organization.
  • In conjunction with key stakeholders, develop and execute the overall business plan/budget, including sales goals, pricing strategies and key tactics to maximize suite retention and new sales performance in full season, half season, single-game suites and premium groups sales.
  • Negotiate new sales and renewals of luxury suite contracts. 
  • Review market analyses and develop sales campaigns.
  • Review and update price and value of all tickets and develop new pricing models, as appropriate.
  • Create successful application of variable or dynamic pricing models for season tickets, group tickets and suites sales.
  • Implement best-in-class strategies and systems to motivate staff and accomplish ticket sales and service goals and ensure the performance of all team members to achieve organizational and individual goals.
  • Utilize data and analytics to achieve organizational goals and individual metrics. 
  • Ensure customer service and retention relationships are being managed on an ongoing basis for season ticket holders and premium partners. 
  • A high-performing ticketing sales executive with 15-20 years of broad management experience within positions of increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experienced in sales analytics, leadership, strategy development, and operations management.
  • Strong proficiency in ticketing systems, managing ticket inventory, budgeting, and pricing strategy.
  • Sound business acumen and understanding of key economic drivers and obstacles of an organization’s ticketing operations.
  • Strong written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently to develop and implement initiatives. 
  • Strong interpersonal and judgment skills, as well as a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
  • Must be flexible and a reliable team player, both within own department and within the overall organization.
  • Must possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.
  • Must exemplify skills and experience in sound employment practices such as hiring, training and performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
