Job Summary:
The New York Jets are seeking an individual to assist in the organization, operation, and execution of the Jets Rewards loyalty program campaigns and initiatives. This person will work closely with multiple departments across the organization including Ticket Operations, Sales and Services, Gameday Operations, Fan Commerce and Analytics to fulfill fan experiences and support program operations. This position reports to the Manager of Jets Rewards.

Jets Rewards is a loyalty program exclusively for Jets Season Ticket Holders. Originally launched in 2014, Jets Rewards is viewed as one of the most robust and proficient loyalty programs in sports. Jets Season Ticket Holders earn points by spending with the team and attending games. In exchange, fans can score big by redeeming their points for unforgettable experiences, exclusive merchandise, and access fans can't find anywhere else. Duration: May 2022 – December 2022
Responsibilities: 
• Support day-to-day Jets Rewards program operations, including the management of the Jets Rewards portal
• Collect and analyze program data along with best practices in the loyalty space to develop recommendations for program growth
• Assist in coordination of gameday efforts including Rewards experience, point-of-sale system and troubleshooting customer inquiries
• Work with vendor software to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
• Coordinate Jets Rewards item fulfillment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Superior critical thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
• Creativity, flexibility, adaptability
• Ability to lift 25 lb. boxes 
• Must be available to work all Jets home games, Training Camp and other events as needed
