Ticket Operations: Ticket Operations
Job Summary
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the season ticket and group sales teams through both the sales and renewal process. Individual should have a passion to build a career in professional sports.
• Assist season ticket, group sales, and suite sales with processing orders, payments, printing and mailing of tickets
• Work closely with the client relations, suite, and ticket sales teams through the renewal period
• Manage PSL contract issues as it relates to generating contracts, explaining contract terms, and
finalizing signatures
• Calculate PSL payment histories and PSL payoff balances
• Assist with game day issues including will call, scanning issues, counterfeit tickets, and
outstanding balances
• Run reports in Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Ticketmaster Archtics
• Assist in PSL, season ticket, group ticket, and suite invoicing process
• Fulfill PSL transfer requests initiated by Season Ticket Holders
• Oversee and manage the PSL default process
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience within the sports industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Prior Ticketmaster Archtics experience
• Proven ability in prior customer service
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
