Job Overview: The Manager, Premium Sales is responsible for generating revenue by selling multi-year & single game Luxury Suite Licenses for Giants Stadium LLC. The ideal candidate should be professional, self-motivated, able to present to C-Level executives in all industries and is expected to be an ambassador for the company. This position will report to the Senior Director, Premium Sales.
 
Responsibilities/Functions:
  • Responsible for generating Suite revenue by prospecting new clients, appointment setting and preparing/executing sales presentations in both face to face and virtual formats  
  • Responsible for selling multi-year suite leases and individual game suites with the ability to sell PSL’s/season tickets and group tickets
  • The position will be accountable for defined levels of activity (calls and appointments), as well as, exceeding annual sales goals
  • Set and conduct out of office sales appointments in addition to hosting tours and presentations at MetLife Stadium
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients/prospects throughout the year
  • Participate in sales & service events, client entertainment and other activities as required
  • Enhance sales culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
  • Utilize company CRM system to manage accounts, sales campaigns, pipeline and productivity
 
Required Qualifications:
  • A four-year college degree or commensurate work experience in Business, Sales, Service or Marketing, or another related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Suite and/or Sponsorship Sales or equivalent sales experience in the sports marketing and/or related sales field
    • Candidate should possess excellent time management, communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a large volume of accounts
    • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
  • Candidate should possess the confidence, knowledge and experience to conduct meetings with C-level business executives
  • Strong business and negotiation skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Previous working experience with SalesForce CRM and Archtics is a plus
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic, a desire to build a career in professional sports and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • Willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, gamedays and holidays
  • Ability to work remote, when necessary
