Ticket Sales and Services: Premium/Suite Sales
Job Overview: The Manager, Premium Sales is responsible for generating revenue by selling multi-year Luxury Suite Partnerships for Giants Stadium LLC. The ideal candidate should be professional, self-motivated, research savvy, able to present to C-Level executives in all industries and is expected to be an ambassador for the company. This position will report to the Director, Ticket Sales.
 
Responsibilities/Functions:
  • Responsible for generating Suite revenue by prospecting, appointment setting, preparing/executing sales presentations and closing sales via phone, in office meetings and sales tours at MetLife Stadium
  • The position will be accountable for defined levels of activity (calls and appointments), appointment goals, and closed sales and revenue goals
  • Set appointments and conduct sales presentations with executives via phone, in-office meetings and sales tours at MetLife Stadium
  • Utilize company CRM system to manage accounts, pipeline and productivity
  • Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, and game days
  • Develop and constantly grow a database comprised of area and individual prospects through various prospecting and networking efforts throughout the community

Required Qualifications:
  • A four-year college degree or commensurate work experience in Business, Sales, Service or Marketing, or another related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Suite and/or Sponsorship Sales or equivalent sales experience in the sports marketing and/or related sales field
  • Candidate should possess excellent time management, communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a large volume of accounts
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
  • Candidate should possess both the personal and communication skills and presence to conduct face-to-face presentations
  • Candidate should possess the confidence, knowledge and experience to conduct meetings with C-level business executives
  • Top Tier research and prospecting skills
  • Strong business and negotiation skills to implement goals in an effective manner
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Previous working experience with SalesForce CRM or Archtics is a plus
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic, a burning desire to build a career in professional sports and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
  • The ability and desire to work long and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
