The Rams are looking to expand their growing Media Team, by adding a Manager of Media Partnerships who will be responsible for the management of current media partners as well working to drive revenue through innovation and strategic execution. This position is ideal for an energetic and optimistic professional that is looking to grow their career, has excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally in the market with media partners and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement all aspects of the partnership with the Activation Team; assist and direct the implementation of promotions with the Marketing Team, and coordinate all media-related asks and needs with the Media team
  • Analyze, research, and strategize media landscape to understand media markets from local DMA affiliates to 3rd party digital media partners
  • Prospect new third-party media partners that could lead to a media partnership or collaboration across sports, entertainment culture
  • Entertain and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Renew and grow existing media partnerships through outstanding service and upselling of additional sponsorship assets into current partnership agreements.
  • Deliver effective presentations for both internal and external needs
  • Execute contracts and coordinate billing process.
  • Increase revenue, viewership, and engagement in current and future deals
 
Additional Information:
  • Minimum requirement of three (3) years relevant experience
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and support multiple high-level executive positions.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be a team player
