The Head of the Los Angeles Rams Legends Community is accountable for the strategic design, development and implementation of the Rams Legends Community, providing ongoing resources and services to its members, as well as effectively deploying them to drive increased fan, community and partner engagement.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with all internal departments and executive staff to further strengthen relationships with the organization and develop integration opportunities for our former players.
  • Lead the overall strategy, development and execution for all Rams Legends Community events and programs including but not limited to: Rams Legends Community Reunion Weekend, Appearance Policies, Gameday Ticket Programs/Suite, Hall of Fame Ceremonies, Hall of Fame Weekend, etc.
  • Serve as the Rams official representative at all NFL Legends Community meetings, lead the distribution of league memorandums to key stakeholders, apply appropriate league recommendations or best practices, and represent the Rams in any official capacity related to the NFL Legends Community.
  • Stay abreast of all benefits available for Rams Legends Community members and lead the execution in ensuring these are made available.  
  • Serve as liaison for all Rams Legends Community members to benefit related opportunities through the NFL, NFLPA, and all other services.
  • Oversee the continued development of the Rams Legends Community contact database, team archives and develop regular communication strategy (newsletter, social, etc).
  • Serve as the Rams official representative for all general matters related to communicating with former players and coaches.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  •  Ability to build effective long-term relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting with all levels of the organization
  • Strong time management, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays
  • 4+ years of experience working with NFL players
  • Prior team management experience preferred
  • Experience related to event planning and project coordination preferred
