Position Title: Gameday 50/50 Raffle Gameday Seller- Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund 
 
OPPORTUNITY:
The Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund is looking for dependable, highly motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic individuals to join our 50/50 Raffle sales team for the 2021 football season! The Chargers Impact Fund is committed to helping families thrive in and around Southern California. The 50/50 Raffle sales team will help accomplish this mission by assisting with in-stadium fundraising through 50/50 raffle ticket sales.


Work schedules will be set at the sole discretion of The Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund and may vary depending upon seller availability and performance. Sellers will be employed at-will and are not guaranteed any minimum number of hours or shifts. This paid position is a seasonal position through the end of the regular season on January 2, 2022 with the potential for additional postseason games. Position will report to Manager, Chargers Impact Fund.
 
 Multiple positions available.


 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Proactively approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 Raffle program and generate sales 
  • Educate Chargers fans on the details of the 50/50 Raffle Program, and answer any questions regarding the Chargers Impact Fund, or other beneficiaries.
  • Must be able to accurately handle the sale and distribution of tickets and credit card transactions using handheld sales devices and follow all program requirements. 
  • Work to meet and/or exceed individual and team designated sales goals per game. 

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required 
  • Prior cash handling / sales experience strongly preferred
  • Must be available to work all 10 of the Los Angeles Chargers home games during the 2021 Season
  • Candidate must have a flexible schedule allowing them to work, days or nights, weekends and holidays if necessary.  Shifts are approximately 7 hours each
  • Must be a team player with a commitment to relationship building
  • Must be comfortable with technology used for 50/50  processing (Tablets and handheld credit card devices)
  • Positive attitude with ability to work within small or large groups of people.
  • Self-starter who will consistently strive to increase their individual 50/50 raffle ticket sales
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sales skills; a background in sales or marketing is strongly encouraged
  • Must be able to stand/walk up and down stairs for long periods of times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable an individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • The position is contingent upon completion of a criminal background check and credit check. 
  • Reliable transportation to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA
