About the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League. The Jaguars are one of the NFL’s youngest franchises, and played its first regular season home game on September 3, 1995. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan, a visionary leader whose businesses include Flex-N-Gate (auto parts) and Fulham Football Club (UK soccer team). The Jaguars play at TIAA Bank Field in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Under Mr. Khan’s leadership, TIAA Bank Field has evolved to include some of the most unique stadium assets, including swim spas and 19 video boards, two of which are longer than a football field. 
Most recently, the addition of Daily’s Place has provided downtown Jacksonville with a new entertainment destination, as well as an indoor practice facility for the Jaguars. Sister company, Bold Events, LLC, operates business at Daily’s Place and TIAA Bank Field. Bold Events is responsible for attracting and planning major and minor events and programming. In its opening year, Daily’s Place hosted 31 concerts!

The Live Event & Booking Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the event calendar for both TIAA Bank Field and Daily’s Place along with coordinating, planning and executing live events as assigned. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Administrate the event calendar and coordinate with the overall Sports Complex schedule.
  • Oversee the event booking process for both internal and external events.
  • Field and respond to inquiries generated from an online inquiry form.
  • Oversee all VIP and Meet & Greet experiences in coordination with Daily’s Place and TIAA Bank Field live events.
  • Assist in coordination of all areas of event operations in/around the Daily’s Place and TIAA Bank Field with internal and external stakeholders including assisting in developing the operational plan for each live event.
  • Coordinates, monitors, and supervises planning and execution of all Daily’s Place and TIAA Bank Field live events as assigned. Works closely with stadium partners and other departments. 
  • Creates layouts and facility maps using AutoCAD.
  • Advance assigned live events and communicate all needs internally.   
  • Serves as direct communication link with partners, promoters, or other involved representatives in live event planning and execution.
  • Ensures facility readiness and client satisfaction while maintaining Bold Event’s best interests and facility policies.
  • Approves event set-ups & associated logistics.
  • Coordinates and conducts site surveys for future events and attends event related meetings.
  • Submit facility maintenance requests through the portal and track the status. 
  • Manages relationships between Bold Events and clients, promoters, partners etc. both verbally & in writing.
  • Conducts physical inspection of all areas of the facility to ensure correct set up and patron safety.
  • Interacts, as needed with customers, clients, partners, security, guest services or other operating departments, to problem solve and resolve stressful conflicts in a time-critical manner.
  • Acts as “Manager on Duty” for events as assigned.
  • Compose & disseminate event orders and notices consisting of all show set up needs including venue access, parking, event security, housekeeping and food/beverage needs, and show run times. 
  • Ability to deal with and manage different types of personalities.
  • Assemble show costs for billing and settlement for assigned events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 Job Requirements
  • Experience with event planning and management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Prolific knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office)
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work on several projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours 
  • Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours in addition to all Jaguars home games played at TIAA Bank Field and live events at Daily’s Place including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience in event management
  • Experience managing a calendar a venue of a similar size
  • Experience working with AutoCad
  • Combination of office work and practical work experience
