Summary
We are hiring an experienced and passionate Database Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As a Database Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for planning, developing, creating and managing our sales and marketing database for both Jaguars, Daily’s Place and Stadium Events. We are a data driven company so being able to react and quickly pivot based on what the data is telling us, is crucial. 


In addition, you will assist in implementing a lead generation strategy; which means your role is extremely important in driving possible future revenue for our team. Your main goal will be to improve efficiency, send out strategic emails and strive towards the scalability of our overall business strategies. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all email communications for the following entities: Jacksonville Jaguars, Daily’s Place and TIAA Bank Field Events
  • Maintain email marketing calendars to provide transparency for other departments, for all above entities.
  • Implement email marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. 
  • Help coordinate with Marketing Director with any marketing implementation as well as contributing in day to day operations where required.
  • Create and implement the overarching e-marketing strategy for Jaguars, Daily’s Place and TIAA Bank Field Events, that encourage database growth while also engaging healthy contacts.
  • Produce revenue via assets created and enhanced for Sponsorship/Corporate Partnership to sell.
  • Manage, prioritize, help create and schedule out all Daily’s Place emails (pre and post show).
  • Work with Sales to create and execute effective marketing strategies while aligning with the needs of the sales team to produce the highest revenue growth for both Jaguars and Daily’s Place.
  • Assist creative, design and sales teams with season, single game and group ticket initiatives. 
  • Build and deploy all marketing newsletters such as season ticket member newsletters, database newsletters 
  • (JAGWIRE), group sales newsletters, game day newsletters, post-game newsletters, bi-weekly Daily’s Place newsletters etc.
  • Support sales staff by providing any additional data, trends and account analyses.
  • Analyze Jaguars, Daily’s Place and TIAA Bank Field Events email engagement to provide context, recommendations and in-depth reports.
  • Assist with e-marketing support for women’s club, kids club, season ticket members, group sales and various event marketing.
  • Develop engaging copy/strategies for email marketing messaging.
  • Build codes through TMONE for all Daily’s Place shows.
  • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments while continuing to grow existing partnerships.
  • Creative projects: Point person for working with internal creative department and/or agency to request email marketing creative design projects.
  • Responsible for writing creative briefs in order to request certain email marketing creative projects.
  • Promotions: Keeps email marketing promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department. 
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements
Required
  • Experience in email marketing 
  • A deep working knowledge of Oracle Eloqua or similar ESP
  • Experience in project management, marketing and sales
  • Experience in email marketing customization
  • Proficiency in data analyses
  • High proficiency in segmentation
  • Great copy writing skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work early/late hours, on holidays and while on vacation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  
Preferred
  • Adobe creative suite experience + working knowledge (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience in related field
  • Experience in email marketing automation
  • Basic knowledge of HTML code
  • Experience with budgets
