 The Indianapolis Colts have an immediate opening for a highly motivated content creator to fill the Video Production Intern position. This individual will work closely with our production, digital and social media teams to produce engaging videos for all Colts properties including TV, social, web, stadium and commercial production.  This is an eleven month paid internship that will require some travel, and additional evening and weekend hours as dictated by the department’s schedule and gameday responsibilities.
- Responsible for shooting, editing and posting player interviews and press conferences to and other related digital properties
 - Heavily involved in capturing footage of community events and creating stories for TV/web with or without a reporter
 - Assist in all aspects of producing Colts TV shows
 - Assist with capture, log and archive of gameday footage
- Capturing video of on and off-site Colts and corporate sponsor events and creating stories and features for TV, web and social channels
 - Gameday duties as assigned that could include shooting and/or editing highlights for in-stadium video boards
 - Assist in all aspects of commercial production
 - Other duties as assigned
- Understanding of rundown formats, segment production, graphics coordination and editing
 - Proficiency with AVID editing software (or ability to translate skills from another NLE quickly)
- Good storyteller, understands and executes in traditional and non-traditional editing techniques
- Basic understanding of Sony or similar SSD cameras
 - Strong communication and organization skills
 - Ability to work within fast-paced environment
 - Must have a clean driving record
 - Must maintain professional relationship with all players, clients, fans and co-workers
