Title: ECOMMERCE MARKETING INTERN 
Classification: Non-Exempt; Hourly
Level: Level 7; Intern 
Location: Internship is offered in Green Bay, WI 
Reports to: Ecommerce Marketing Manager
Supervises: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION 
Summary/Objective:  
This position is a 1-year full time paid internship, 40 hours per week, responsible for supporting online marketing campaigns for the Packers Pro Shop. This position reports to the Ecommerce Marketing Manager on behalf of Retail Operations. You will gain exposure and work experience to all aspects of the Green Bay Packers ecommerce retail business and supporting software systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate promotions and other marketing activities with brand and marketing team, digital and social team, inventory, buying team and Packers Pro Shop 
  2. Assist with weekly and monthly reporting in Google Analytics and various reporting systems 
  3. Assist with testing new website functionality
  4. Merchandise products within the home page and throughout the website to support inventory and sales opportunities
  5. Coordinate and execute marketing calendars across all platforms
  6. Plan and execute social media marketing calendar and photoshoots
  7. Write and edit copy for all Packers Pro Shop marketing communications
  8. Report on past marketing communications performance and communicate best practices for future marketing endeavors
  9. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  1. Current student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related field preferred.  
  2. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding project and vendor management skills. Strong editing, proof reading, organizational, interpersonal skills required. Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality.
  3. Ability to interact, work effectively across functional groups, work alongside and team with others is essential, as is the ability to navigate internal resources to generate results.
  4. Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation, initiative and an affinity for producing consistently high-quality work and yield in a manner that exceeds expectations. The capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment is critical. 
  5. A creative thinker with critical analysis and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility/adaptability and a knack for thinking on your feet will succeed in this role.
  6. Expertise in web best practices including content strategies, design, A/B testing, customer segmentation, social media marketing and analytics/performance management
  7. Experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Photoshop, and Microsoft Office preferred.  
  8. Experience working with web content management systems a plus.
  9. HTML skills a plus. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  1. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  2. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day. 
  3. Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
  4. Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  5. Operates in a professional office environment.
  6. Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
