The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for communication management and implementation through instore merchandising and creative planning supporting wholesale accounts and Pro Shop locations.  The Visual Merchandiser reports to the Director of Marketing, DCM.  
Job Duties:
  • Develop visual merchandising communications for retail & wholesale partners; including Dallas Cowboys merchandising guidelines and presentation standards, product knowledge training, styling tips, window and table display instructions
  • Work directly with wholesale account exec, buyers and Marketing to develop and plan for key visual initiatives, product assortment changes
  • Routinely visit stores, retail and wholesale accounts; communicating all Dallas Cowboys merchandising guidelines and presentation standards, executes floorpan layout and display changes, and train store managers on styling tips, window and table display instructions.
  • Research and present new, innovative ways to merchandise and display product to increase capture rate and drive conversion.
  • Responsible for designing, costing, and executing store window displays and in-store set designs  
  • Assist in developing floor plans when needed by utilizing Adobe Suite design skills, assortment planning, and visual talent to drive branding, business objectives, and consumer capture rate and conversions.
  • Identify retailer inventory opportunities, and communicate back to Wholesale Team
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory list of fixtures, mannequins, stands, signage, and additional supplies and submit order requests 
  • Works directly with marketing team to relay signage needs and distribute to stores in a timely manner for promotions 
  • Keep mannequins and showrooms at The Star updated with latest product and assist with set-up of product for meetings and presentations. 
  • Additional merchandising, retail, or marketing projects as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 2+ years’ experience in Marketing, Visual Merchandising or related field 
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication principals, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite 
  • Able to work Monday-Friday 830 to 530 with overtime
  • Ability to move and lift heavy objects, up to 40 lbs.
  • Local and Regional Travel Required – Up to 40%
