Seasonal – The Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service in a fast-paced environment with the ability to keep information organized while handling several situations at once. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a detailed –oriented team player with a positive, enthusiastic, and strong customer focused mentality. The Retail Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Job Duties:
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Able to assist customers with questions via email, telephone and live chat
  • Able to give detailed feedback when following up with a customer
  • Able to part of the team where we drive a performance-based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects

  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure quality standards are excellent
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Retail Customer Service Manager

Education and Experience: 
  • High school diploma preferred
  • 1-3 years prior Customer Service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
