The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, executing and maintaining all marketing strategies within the organization including planning and executing all marketing campaigns, overseeing website and app updates, growing the brand and maximizing revenue through innovative marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing.
 
Job Duties
  • Responsible for strategizing, planning and executing all marketing campaigns for programs related to the Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, Ford Center and The Star, including media planning, artwork creation, event research, production of radio and television scripts, etc.
  • Creating media plans and buying media to service Dallas Cowboys programs, including, but not limited to tickets, youth camps, Dallas Cowboys United and more.
  • Creating media plans and buying media to service 3rd party events at AT&T Stadium, in addition to AT&T Stadium Tours and Special Events for Legends
  • Creating media plans and buying media to service The Star and Ford Center, including, but not limited to 3rd party events, plaza activations, The Star District and The Star Tours and Special Events for Legends
  • Take lead in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns including both traditional and digital media
  • Oversee the reporting of campaign summaries for all sales and marketing initiatives
  • Support the creation and execution of media plans for Cowboys Fit and additional Jones Family entities as needed
  • Manage influencer database/platform
  • Liaison between departments across the organization and external contacts to prepare for event presales and on sales
  • Oversee International Marketing efforts
  • Lead data warehouse utilization initiatives across the organization
  • Oversee the development and implementation strategy for digital and database marketing to use across all programs and initiatives
  • Assist departments across the organization in developing and executing their initiatives, including but not limited to ideation and execution of Corporate Partner initiatives
  • Manage the job functions of the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Intern
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Director of Marketing
  • To continuously improve at this position
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing or related field
  • Media buying experience
  • Digital Media experience, including SEM and SEO
  • Social Media Marketing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
